it will not work because the LRA is in position of military weakness, then the sing will just be play around. True negociations can be achieved when the parties are strong. I believe that if LRA gets another option for mliitary

For Peace lovers, where there's no peace they create it through faith, hope, justice, patience and energy. Thanks to those who believe in peace than war of guns. May the almighty God bless the endless effort of all players in the current peace talks

For as long as the two parties are committed to save the lives and dev't of northern uganda, total peace will prevail. But all this will depend on the outcome and implementation of the upcoming aggreement between the GOU and LRA. We wish all goes well

Dear Ugandans, we need to be optimist about the just concluded peace talks. The current global position on the issue of justice and accoutability will not allow LRA to sustain another war. Its all over and the best deal for LRA is the Juba peace agreement

The two parties are really trying to 'forge' peace. How do you sign to day and attach militarily the next day. How does the other continue to give threats e.g. 'we are capable of handling...' I agreee with Gann, we need to see some more commitment.

LRA & GOU's commmitment to implementing the final agreement and GOU's commitment to fully implementing PDRP is the key to lasting peace, not signatures on papers.

Hello peace lovers, the trend of events in Juba is very encouraging for the long awaited peace. I am puzzled by continous demands by the LRA over ICC and yet their cause would be more legitimate ater signing the final Agreement. Lets deal with impunity.
