I agree with JC. Malden Square is a disgrace. I want to see City hall moved, but If you don't clean up the square, opening up Pleasant Street is not going to help.
Moving city hall is not going to help. Down town has filthy stores,low quality goods and no anchor store,Until it's cleaned up who's going to visit. (we need to be modeled after Melroses Downtown.

Really? I'd love to hear how the location of city hall causes crime, impedes education, or fills our parks with trash. Rather my tax dollars spent elsewhere.
Option 4: Don't waste the money on moving and lower taxes or at least don't spend more tax money.
